The COVID-19 pandemic will affect your meetings in ways beyond date changes. Now is the time to determine how you will assess your post-pandemic meetings, conventions and trade shows. With the situation changing hourly, none of us can make definitive plans. But you can start conversations with key stakeholders and create if-then scenarios that will position your association to respond quickly when we can once again safely meet face-to-face. The speaker will pose a series of scenarios that will identify the questions you must ask and answer before you identify the solution, such as “Is your meeting objective still relevant?” “How will you convince your target audience to participate again?” “What if you can’t reschedule your meeting?”
