    Practicing Conflict Mediation or Resolution

  • History and Evolutionary Leadership Theory (ELT) suggest the most important skill an effective leader possesses is his or her verbal ability. More specifically, leadership depends on your ability to influence others to follow and collaborate in pursuit of a worthwhile objective. This group coaching workshop provides senior leaders an opportunity to update skills for communication with members, employees, and other constituents in a conversational forum with peers facilitated by a highly experienced leadership communication coach.
    The morning session will focus on:

KSAE is a CAE Approved Provider. Every program that we offer which qualifies for CAE credit will clearly identify the number of CAE credits granted for full participation, and we will maintain records of your participation in accord with CAE policies.

About the Presenter:
Rich Drinon is a highly experienced leadership communication coach specializing in the communication aspects of building relationships, delegating and coaching for results through others, leading change, and facilitating decision making. He’s a Journalism graduate of the University of New Mexico, has a Master’s Degree in Leadership Communication from Gonzaga University and a Graduate Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Avila University. Rich has worked in leadership positions for local, statewide, national and international organizations. Over 30 years Rich has conducted thousands of programs for organizations throughout the U.S. and Canada, and individual coaching sessions with hundreds of leadership and management professionals. In addition to owning several businesses, he has worked in leadership roles for the International Association for Jazz Education, Kansas Hospital Association and Financial Institutions Technologies. His leadership articles have appeared in many publications including TK Magazine, Skyscapes and the Rich Drinon Leadership Communication blog.
